Church services are held at the ministry center every Sunday morning, along with a Sunday School class for the children. Messages are taught by our Deaf Pastor Jonathan or our director Greg.
The first Sunday of very month is a Fellowship day for everyone. The Word is preached and then we have a meal together followed by games and other activities. This is a great opportunity for fellowship within the Deaf community.
Vocational classes are offered to students 12 years old and older. Both the girls and boys are receiving training that will carry them into their adult years.
The government of Guatemala has recognized and established an official sign language for the country. This has sparked a huge interest in learning LSG (Lengua de Señas de Guatemala) within the hearing community.
